Weight Loss and Related Material. Part 2.

Several weeks ago I did an article about weight loss and as it was evolving into an article that was getting too long, I figured that I should do it in 2 parts, at least, lol. So here goes the second part, as in the rest of the story.

One of the biggest struggles with losing weight is being consistent in what you are doing. This isn't only saying timing is that consistency, but all things that you do will contribute to the whole. This helps to over come the Trans-generational issue that we talked about in the first part of this series. Over a several year period of time I have looked into this idea and honestly, I have not found very many people that do not have ancestors that suffered from hunger that lead to starvation of a number of key nutrients that would fit into this concept. In some families it is not very wide spread but in some families it is applied almost to everyone in the family. The key here is "key nutrients". Today we want to look at a serious issue that a lot of people have an issue with, the effects are widespread and is not just a simple situation to deal with. So what is this issue that I refer to? Weight gain and weight loss. Obesity is rampant in our society today. A lot of people know full well that they have the answer to this and can solve the deal if they would just listen to their ideas. At least they have bragging rights as to how much weight they "Once" lost. The people being told the story are wondering if this blimp is really the actual person that lost the weight. Pretty much most of these ideas are simply a "Selective Starvation" type of model. This model is essentially a removal of certain nutritional elements, which results in weight loss. Once the people leave this diet, they gain their weight back and with vengeance. Great program, right? Updates and Moving Forward. Weight Loss, Renaming of Brain Balancing Program.

Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I last made a post here. I would like to bring you up to speed on a few things. In working with the oils as we see fit, ie; doing our own thing, it allows us to move things to a higher level. One of these higher level things is what I have made mention about is the Brain Balancing Program. This is essentially a series of essential oil blends that we are using to balance out not only the brain but the whole body. In working with the so called lab rats in testing these oils, many people really like to stay with the just the first in the series. I ask them why and they all say about the same thing, which is; Hey, this just makes me feel a lot better. They go on to describe how they feel their minds are clearer and their thinking is much clearer as well. None of this brain fog stuff. Internal Usage of Essential Oils.

When it comes to the internal use of essential oils, we see all sorts of ideas. We see some groups that only say that you should only smell essential oils. Some groups will say well, you can smell them but also apply them to the skin. Then other groups will say, yeah, so the smell and topical application but you can also ingest them too. Lastly we see some people that say yes, do all of those things plus, well, drink them too. Well they don't actually say "Drink" them, but the amount they suggest to ingest is about the same as drinking them, volume wise. IE: they advocate high use of ingesting. When looking at the topical only, they say, use 10 drops of this oil, 15 of this one and on and on, at the same time, and several times per day in some cases. This is akin to drinking them through your skin. So what is the deal with high use of essential oil, but internally and externally?

Manganese, Copper and their Leadership. Part 1.

Today we will be looking at the relationship of Manganese and Copper. Of course we have a lot of other elements that come into contact with these two elements. We have to mention these because of them being intertwined in the whole scheme of things. In this article I will be referencing salt as a.. well, for lack of a better description, a Vector of sorts, of these and other related elements.

When things are pretty much normal with the average human being and no real issues here, the average human will be carrying around 50 to 120 MG of Copper in their body system at any given time. Well it looks like spring is really struggling to make it's presence known. One of the biggest concerns where I live is water. We don't know if we will have enough water to even plant a garden this year. Well, actually we can plant one, but the likelihood that it can make it through the summer without water is the big question. So when we face this kind of a situation, it might be worth the time to consider doing the container gardening stuff. We have a serious drought situation that we are faced with. It is going to be bad, did I mention BAD? For example, on my son's one farm, just up the road from where I live, the irrigation company normally allocates around 3 feet to the share on an normal average year. Plus they do a use or lose it, with the water from about a month or so before they start charging you for water. This year there is no use or lose it water and they have allocated  .47  feet of water per share. So it is not good for...

What is the Deal with Clary Sage and Sclareol?

Our discussion today is going to be centered around Clary Sage and Sclareol. The discussion is going be centered around the particular variety of Clary Sage with the Latin name of Salvia sclarea L., fam. Lamiaceae (Labiatae). There are other types of Clary Sage with different Latin names but this particular one has an important component within the needed therapeutic parameters to affect the specific targets that we will be looking at. We will also explore some myths surrounding Clary Sage in general and specifically.

Most of you are likely to have a hate relationship with Clary Sage because it might raise your estrogen hormone levels and give you cancer. Aromatic Plants; Rosemary and Other Fun Stuff.

Today we are going to look at Rosemary. We will, for the most part, look at the differences of Rosemary grown under various conditions.
There are a number of different varieties of Rosemary. Each one has their own unique contribution to serving the needs of the various users of the plant material. As to the essential oil aspect I have seen a number of different companies selling Rosemary Essential Oil will tout all Rosemary as the same oil. Without taking into account the different properties, without really understanding the differences between the vanities as to their strengths and weaknesses. Basically they just cut and paste from someone that cut and pasted from someone that cut and pasted from someone.. do you get the picture? With the essential oil of Rosemary this is very important to understand some background on this plant.  Now when it comes to the use of the Herb, it is not quite as important, but still it is important.
